North Point Geographic Solutions specializes in developing parcel data from the ground up. We take the time to ensure that our COGO editing and creation process is as accurate as possible without gaps and overlaps. NPGS will work directly with the recorder and surveyor to ensure the parcels are tied to the most up-to-date survey and plat data.

Accountability

North Point Geographic Solutions provides our clients with a secure web interface for browsing and querying the data throughout the development process! This ensures contractor accountability and gives the client a constant connection and opportunity for feedback during the development process.

Deliverables

We provide our clients with parcel data in a digital format of your choice, either topologically correct geodatabase format or Shapfile. NPGS also provides clients with a geodata or web mapping service URL for connection to the dataset anywhere an internet connection is availalbe.
