North Point Geographic Solutions specializes in developing public utilities data from the ground up. NPGS works directly with clients to come up with a data development plan that is customized to fit their budget. NPGS can map utilities by digitizing feature from existing CAD drawings or can increase the accuracy by collecting sub-foot GPS data and integrating it into the digitized data.

This ensures contractor accountability and gives the client a constant connection and opportunity for feedback during the development process.

Deliverables

We provide our clients with utilities data in a digital format of your choice, including data in topologically correct geodatabase format or Shapefile. NPGS provides water, sewer, and storm utilities data in the standardized ESRI utilities geodatabase format with network features built for additional analysis capabilities. NPGS also provides clients with a geodata or web mapping services URL for connection to the dataset anywhere an internet connection is available.
